Dr. Jennifer Ulm- Owner
Dr. Jennifer Ulm grew up in Yates City and attended school here in Farmington. She attended Blackburn College in Carlinville and graduated with a BS in Biology. She then went on to the University of Illinois for veterinary school. After graduating in 2001, she and her husband Matt returned to Farmington. She worked locally for other practices before deciding to start her own business. Dr. Jennifer started a veterinary housecall business in February of 2010. She loves visiting pets and their owners in their homes, but seeing a need to offer more services, took the next step and opened this stationary clinic in March 2012. Dr. Jennifer is excited to be able to have surgery and hospitalization capabilities. She still does housecall especially for those elderly patient or clients who are unable to make the trip to the clinic.
Dr Jennifer and her husband, Matt, live in Farmington with their daughter, Phoebe, and son, Dax. They share their home with one Labrador, Wrigley ;one Standard Dachshund, Oliver; one cat, Bootsie; and a Netherland Dwarf rabbit, Rosie. She is also currently a puppy raiser for Leader Dogs For The Blind. Her puppy's name is Caroline and Dr. Ulm will return her in June.
Dr. Jamie McClure- Veterinarian
Dr. Jamie McClure joined our practice in March of 2016. She grew up in the Chillicothe area, and attended college at Western Illinois University. She and Dr Ulm both graduated from University of Illinois in 2001. She and her husband, Matt, have 4 children, Lauren, Sam, Maddie, Eli. They live in Macomb with their 3 dogs and a one-eyed cat, Mr. Banks.
Nicky Gore- Veterinary Assistant
Nicky lives in Elmwood with her two sons, Austin and Rylan, and shares her home with 2 dogs (Jack, a Rat Terrier and Zoey, a terrier mix). She loves all kinds of animals and is enjoying working with them every day. She enjoys watching her son play numerous sports and enjoys the outdoors.
Anissa Foshay- Veterinary Assistant
Anissa lives in Farmington has 4 children, 1 grandson and 3 dogs. She enjoys watching her kids play baseball, softball, volleyball and run cross country. Anissa also enjoys spending time and playing with her grandson every chance she gets.
Denise Coleman- Veterinary Assistant
Denise lives in Canton with her husband and 3 dogs. She has 3 grown children and 1 granddaughter. Denise is a retired RN who has always had a great passion for animals.
Holly Shideman- Receptionist
Holly was born and raised in Farmington, Illinois and loves her small towns. Holly is a animal lover and loves her Maltese Macy. Holly's spare time she loves to travel, meet new people, read, and landscape
